Ask and citations

Specific questions retrieve better evidence than broad prompts. Name the service, project, policy, or incident and say whether you care about the current state or an earlier date.

• Good: What changed in the deployment policy after Incident 2891?
• Less useful: Tell me everything about deployments.

Each citation is a pointer to evidence the current dashboard identity is permitted to read. Open it to inspect the source excerpt and provenance instead of relying on the generated wording alone.

A conflict means retrieved records disagree. A gap means the answer did not find enough evidence for part of the question. Both are useful product output: they identify where a human should investigate rather than letting the system invent certainty.
